Altogether, 184 proposals were received for the Ányos Jedlik Program: tender and the proposal put forth by a consortium consisting of evopro, Chemistry Logic as well as the Budapest University of Technology and Economics was amongst the 56 winners. The previously mentioned K+F project has increased its success even further, thanks to the winning proposal titled “Developing Technologies to Help Research Molecules with Medicinal Potentials Effectively on Reconfigurable Computers”.

Altogether, 184 proposals were received for the Ányos Jedlik Program: tender and the proposal put forth by a consortium consisting of evopro, Chemistry Logic as well as the Budapest University of Technology and Economics was amongst the 56 winners. The previously mentioned K+F project has increased its success even further, thanks to the winning proposal titled “Developing Technologies to Help Research Molecules with Medicinal Potentials Effectively on Reconfigurable Computers”. Last year, the project was ranked amongst the top 3 for the tender “Best Innovative Idea”, it was ranked first for the tender “Hungary’s Best Business Proposal”, second at “Eastern Europe’s Best Business Proposal”, and it was amongst the top 20 best business proposals at a tender put forth by Intel in the USA. Thanks to EU funding, the project, led by evopro, will now enable 14 R&D associates to conduct scientific research in the office building located in Budapest and in the labs of the university.
Additionally, the company had success at another tender too. This will allow the company to build a 2000 sq. meter metallurgical machining and assembly plant in the village of Csabrendek, near Sümeg, as the next step in the company’s automation strategy. Initially, the plant will create 20 new jobs and over one third of the required investment will be provided by the funding won by the proposal.
